In the FACT reporting form you may suggest particular actions to a student, including seeking tutoring. When you toggle this option in the FACT report, the student will also receive a link to the CPS tutoring page.
Please also use the field for comments to the student to provide additional information about how they may benefit from tutoring to help ensure the student is connected with any and all relevant supplemental support options.
