Leading Effective Discussions

This workshop will focus on leading classroom discussions in the humanities and social sciences. We will consider the importance of discussions in the college classroom and how discussion relates to, and interacts with, other ways of learning and knowing. Participants will generate strategies for leading productive discussions and have the opportunity to craft and workshop directed discussion questions on a topic of their choice.
