SSEHRI undergraduate researcher, Cole Alder, was recently quoted in an article for the Arizona Daily Star. The article focuses on the high exposure levels of PFAS found in aquifers and private wells near an Air National Guard base next to the Tucson International Airport. Cole, who’s a member of the PFAS Lab at Northeastern University, speaks to the serious environmental health impacts of PFAS exposure on humans and ecosystems.
