*If you are moving off campus after Summer II and are not in university housing for the fall, August 20th is a HARD DEADLINE. There are no extended stay requests, so you will need to make alternative plans between August 20th and September 1st if you have a September lease.
**If you have a continuing contract and have participated in Spring Room Reassignment you WILL need to move out between semesters. If you are staying in the same assignment for the full year, you will not need to move out.
+If you have a continuing contract, you do not have to move out. Between Spring and Summer or between Summer and Fall, there is a move to/from period in that week between semesters during which you will move from your current assignment to your new assignment which you coordinate with both your current and new BUILDING STAFF. We do not recommend that you make travel plans until you have this information.

Fall Move-in Parking pass (PDF)
Please note: Parking is not guaranteed and is based on a first come first serve basis. The parking pass provided is only valid on designated moving days.
Cars should clearly display a completed parking pass hang tag on their mirror or dashboard; it is important that the contact number be included in order for Northeastern staff to be able to contact you during move-in should the need arise.
Directions to Campus:
To facilitate the flow of traffic for Move-In Days we have developed these motor vehicle directions to the University unloading / parking facilities. Depending on your assigned residence hall and where you are directed to park, you will either unload your motor vehicle at the parking location, or be asked to relocate the vehicle to a parking location after the vehicle has been unloaded. In the event that you are asked to relocate your vehicle to a University parking facility, you will be provided with the directions to that facility upon your arrival. Please follow these directions when approaching the University.
