The 2016-2017 CSS PROFILE is now available! All first-year undergraduate applicants, including transfers, are required to complete the CSS PROFILE to be considered for need-based institutional assistance. Deadlines vary by applicant type, so be sure to review the appropriate information.

Out with the old and in with the new! As of May 10, 2015, the Federal Student Aid PIN has been replaced with an FSA ID, which is comprised of a username and password. The new FSA ID is required to access certain U.S. Department of Education websites, including FAFSA on the Web.

Due to the recent IRS Data Breach, the IRS has temporarily disabled the option to request an IRS Tax Transcript electronically. As an alternative, you may request a copy via mail or you may be eligible to update the FAFSA using the IRS Data Retrieval Tool. If you have specific questions regarding the process, please do not hesitate to contact your counselor directly.

The Center for Financial Independence and Thrive is partnering up with the American Council on Education to get your thoughts on student loans. They want to learn what students know, or perhaps don’t know, about loans, repayment options, and debt management and what can be done to make sure that loan information is more easily accessible and comprehended by college students. All collected feedback will be passed on to lawmakers in Washington, DC. Participate in this exciting and important initiative by completing this survey!
