Pathways to Earning a Graduate Credential
Creating Your Northeastern Learning Journey
The Northeastern Edge Program
The Northeastern Edge Program allows you to earn a second credential during your Northeastern experience. You complete your bachelor’s in four years and use your fifth year to begin your graduate studies and add more experiential opportunities. Alternatively, if you have completed your bachelor’s degree in four years, you may return (within five years) to complete your next credential.
If you know your desired professional path and are considering options in your degree discipline or college, then a PlusOne Accelerated Master’s Programs may be a good fit. These programs combine your graduate studies with your undergraduate studies, within a specific discipline or college. This allows you to earn your master’s in your chosen field while you complete your bachelor’s degree.
You may have been admitted into our 3+3 Program, a unique, by invitation only program currently offered to a select group of first-year students admitted into select majors within the College of Social Sciences and Humanities (CSSH), or Communication Studies and Journalism majors within the College of Arts, Media, and Design (CAMD).
This program gives qualified undergraduate students the opportunity to accelerate and earn both a bachelor’s and juris doctor degree in just six years.
