A Meme on Wheels: Pokémon Go

On the train. At the gym. Whole Foods. Dinner Parties. I hear:

“Are you playing?” “What level are you on?”

The phenom, Pokémon Go, has spread faster than a meme on roller skates.

Such astonishing expansion begs the question, How?

What traits have made Pokémon Go an otherworldly success? And, can we apply these to technology transfer endeavors?
