The myKnowledge service provides you with 24 x 7 x 365 searchable access to thousands of solutions to help you with your technology questions. Information is available about standard applications, hardware, and NU-specific technologies. The myKnowledge service also provides access to new and noteworthy product information available for user-selected topics, including how-to documents.

Consistent solutions/answers are available 24 x 7 x 365 via the Internet. Service allows customers the ability to filter specific applications and/or devices for which they want to see solutions. You can also see frequently asked questions about NU technologies.

Support is provided by Information Technology Services, specifically the Knowledge Management group. To obtain assistance with this service, please contact the Service Desk at 617.373.4357. Vendor support is available 24 x 7.
