IS@NU Service Catalog items under Identity and Access Management include:
- Account Management Services — provides secure methods of accessing confidential or personally identifying information in Northeastern applications and systems
- NUID Lookup Application — available through the myNEU Portal, allows authenticated users to lookup their NUID (Northeastern University Identification number)
- System Access Requests — enables members of the NU community to securely and accurately apply for and receive access credentials to University systems as appropriate by role
