Scholars Volunteer at Community Servings

January 11, 2014  |  Boston, civic engagement, University Scholars
The Scholars at Community Servings.

The Scholars at Community Servings.

On Friday, January 10th a group of 15 University Scholars volunteered at Community Servings, the "free, hot, home-delivered meals program for people ill with AIDS, their dependents, and caregivers." Two teams of Scholars worked to help prepare and package meals, from starter soups to dessert. We thank Community Servings for allowing us to give back to our neighbors in this powerful way.
