If you have sustained an injury prior to arriving at Northeastern University, you may need additional diagnostics tests before you are allowed to participate in a sport. The athlete and/or parent are financially responsible for any diagnostic testing.
Also, be advised that a health report is required for all incoming freshmen and transfer students by Northeastern University and is to be returned to the University Health and Counseling Services not the Sports Medicine Department.
