COVID-19 testing is now widely available in the United States, Canada and the UK, via at-home tests and programs offered at retail pharmacies and health centers. Rapid antigen tests are available for faculty, students and staff upon request on our Boston campus.

Who can get a rapid test from NU?

Current faculty, staff, and students may pick up a take home kit.

Where are rapid tests available for pick up?

Faculty, staff, and students on the Boston campus can pick up tests at Curry Campus Crossroads and UHCS. Tests are available for pick up on the Oakland campus at the Student Health Center.

Are the results reported anywhere?

No.

What information will be required for pick up?

Name, affiliation (faculty, staff, student), and Northeastern email address. We recommend that you bring your Northeastern University ID with you at pick-up.

What if I test positive? What do I need to do?

Refer to guidance provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on Preventing Spread of Respiratory Viruses When You’re Sick.
