A Medical Leave of Absence (MLOA) is an option to consider when a student is diagnosed with a major medical illness, injury, or psychiatric illness, after the start of the term that significantly interferes with his or her ability to attend classes and complete requirements. We recommend that students interested in Medical Leave read through the following materials, along with the University catalogue for Undergraduate (non-CPS)Graduate (non-CPS) and CPS Graduate and CPS Undergraduate.

If you have any questions, please contact the UHCS Medical Leave Team at: 617-373-2772, option #4, mloa@northeastern.edu, or stop by UHCS at 135 Forsyth Building and talk with someone on the Team.
