UHCS is committed to providing quality care and immediate assessment of medical and mental health concerns. Students who would benefit from participating in ongoing treatment or specialized care are referred to skilled clinicians in their local community.
UHCS staff will assess your current concerns and may recommend that you consult with or continue your care with a specialist who provides an assessment or services, that aides in diagnosis and treatment. Referrals provide:
- On-going care
- Services not offered at UHCS
- Continuing care
UHCS can help.
The UHCS Referral Navigators assist students in connecting with skilled clinicians in the local community. We often individualized referral support that considers your health insurance plan, specific clinical need, and other personal preferences. If you are interested in a referral, please contact UHCS and arrange to speak with a clinician.
