The University Health and Counseling Services Team is here to serve you. We hope that you will use our center as a resource, to help stay healthy, physically and mentally, and for care when you are ill or injured, or depressed or stressed.

Our medical and behavioral health teams will work with you as partners in your health care so that you get confidential, compassionate and high quality care. We believe in caring for you and advocating for your well-being throughout your college experience.

For behavioral health we have a seasoned team that consists of clinical nurse specialists, mental health counselors, a psychiatrist, psychologists, and social workers. Our aim is to provide support in a safe and confidential setting and to facilitate student success and well-being.

Our medical team has an array of board certified clinicians (nurses, nurse practitioners, physicians, and physician assistants) who are dedicated to maintaining your well-being. Our goal is to support the bond between wellness and learning in a manner that nurtures general health and educational success.

We are open at 8 a.m. daily and remain open late two evenings each week and for part of the day Saturdays so that we can accommodate student schedules, including those on coop. During hours that UHCS is closed, we are fortunate enough to work closely with to Whittier Street Health Center who has an urgent care and one of Boston’s best hospitals, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.

We are committed to providing excellent service to you. We want your feedback so that we know what you think we do well and where you feel there are opportunities for us to improve.
