Winston Daley began his career in finance, spending over a dozen years working for some of the country’s biggest institutional clients, before deciding to switch paths to work with youth development and in all areas of social justice, equity, and access.
Born in Jamaica, Winston received his BS in Business and Entrepreneurial Studies from Suffolk University and his master’s degree in Sports Leadership from Northeastern University. Winston has worked in the nonprofit space, employing teens as Director of Youth and Community Programs at Save the Harbor Save the Bay and increasing access to athletics as Director of Sports and Fitness at the West End House Boys and Girls Club. He is also a tech entrepreneur, building digital communities for people of color.
Winston has been a facilitator for the Center for Sport in Society for 4 years and is dedicated to creating new positive models for relationships.
