Demystifying Artificial Intelligence
This 2-session workshop is designed to help decision makers in operations and technology roles evaluate how to get started with AI.
Artificial intelligence is coming to your organization–if it hasn’t already. Whether you’re using simple AI like a chatbot on your company website, or more complex AI like automated machines or processes that do work once handled by humans, its reach is ever-growing in our daily lives.
What is artificial intelligence, and what does it mean for today’s workforce? How can you use AI to improve your business, what steps do you need to take to make that happen, and what questions should you ask before you even get started?
Through collaborative discussions and case study reviews, we’ll look at examples of artificial intelligence in several businesses across marketing, customer service, and process improvement. No prior experience in computer science, technology, or AI is required.
This workshop is hosted by Northeastern University Seattle’s Khoury College of Computer Sciences.
Registration includes catered lunches.
No programming experience needed!
