Tom Mungovan is the Director of Finance for several US subsidiaries of Tokyo Electron (TEL), and is a member of the investment team for Tokyo Electron Venture Capital (TVC). TEL is a leading semiconductor equipment company based in Tokyo, with over $10B in annual revenue and locations worldwide. TVC is Tokyo Electron’s corporate venture group, whose mission is to invest in emerging technologies in the areas of semiconductor devices, advanced materials, photonics and renewable energy.
Tom has over 20 years of corporate finance, strategy and engineering experience. He has held financial leadership roles with several global and early-stage companies in the technology sector, and began his career as an engineer in the aerospace industry. Tom is a graduate of Northeastern University’s Graduate School of Public Accounting, and has degrees in physics and engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester.
