Richard Lucash has long been active in the Boston/Cambridge angel community and is the co-founder of two angel groups: SideCar Angels (www.sidecarangels.com), a unique organization focused on syndication, and LaunchPad Venture Group, for which he also served as a director. He currently co-leads SideCar with Jeffrey Stoler. Richard acts as an advisory board member and mentor to entrepreneurial companies. He has organized, led and participated in many panels and individual presentations on angel investment and legal topics at many conferences and seminars, including for example those hosted by the Cambridge Innovation Center, the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council, the IBM Innovation Center in Cambridge MA, and the 128 Innovation Capital Group. He has had an extensive career as an attorney concentrating on emerging technology and other entrepreneurial companies, and investors in those companies. Richard holds an AV® Preeminent TM (highest) rating for attorneys from Martindale-Hubbell. He holds a J.D. from the Cornell Law School, and an undergraduate degree in Physics from M.I.T.
