Mr. Daigle leads innovation, corporate strategy, corporate marketing and acquisition efforts for Rogers Corporations.
Mr. Daigle joined Rogers in 1988 as a Development Engineer at the corporate Research and Development center. In 1994, he transitioned to a corporate marketing role to support new product initiatives. In 1996, he joined the Microwave Materials Division as Engineering Manager. He was promoted to Division Manager of the Microwave Materials Division in 1997 and in 2001 was promoted to Vice President of the Advanced Circuit Materials Division. In 2003, he became Vice President of Research and Development, and Chief Technology Officer for the corporation. Mr. Daigle was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2009 and assumed responsibility for the company’s Power Distribution Systems business. From 2011 to 2013, Mr. Daigle led the Power Electronic Solutions Division.
Mr. Daigle also served as Chairman for Rogers Chang Chun Technologies Co. Ltd. joint venture in Taiwan from 2006 to 2009 and served on the Solicore, Inc. Board of Directors from 2009 to 2013.
Mr. Daigle earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical and Materials Engineering from the University of Connecticut in 1986 and an MBA from Rensselaer in 1997.
