About the position
Northeastern has undergone unprecedented growth over the past 20 years, providing our community and academic, government, and industry partners with unique opportunities to think locally and act globally across its network of 13 campuses in the U.S., U.K., and Canada. The next Provost will sustain and accelerate Northeastern’s momentum as a global, experiential research university on the world stage by:
- Guiding the university’s strategic academic planning
- Overseeing the research and instructional missions of the university
- Elevating Northeastern’s reputation as a leading center of both research and practice in experiential education
