College is a time when students learn greater responsibility, and we encourage parents and family members to take an informed, supportive role in their student’s educational success. To that end, we have several ways you can stay in touch with campus and contact us with any questions or issues your student may be having.

Parent Handbook

The Parent Handbook is an essential resource for all Northeastern parents and families. To learn about university guidelines, procedures, on-campus offices, and more, please review the 2017-2018 Parent Handbook.

Parent/Family Portal

Parents and guardians of current Northeastern students may create an online Parent/Family Portal account where they may be granted access to certain content and services related to their student’s experience at the university. For example, parents and guardians can review bills and transcripts online and access the latest campus news and information. Learn more.
