Employment Information Sessions for Spring Semester

OGS hosts information sessions to assist students who are considering applying for post-completion OPT and CPT. Students should pre-register to guarantee a seat. Unregistered attendees may show up but are not guaranteed entry. Registration links, dates, and locations are below:

Curricular Practical Training (CPT):

*** Because some students are receiving credit for attendance, doors close to all CPT sessions 5 minutes after the session starts and late arrivers will not be allowed in. Please be make sure that you arrive on time in order to be allowed in.***

 The International Student Career Forum assists international students in navigating the US and International job search by providing panels and workshops by guest speakers.  Come to any or all of the workshops that interest you.

Topics for sessions include:

  • Optional Practical Training and Academic Training by Office of Global Services
  • H-1B and other employment visa options presented by Immigration Attorney: Leslie DeTrani

USCIS Releases Updated I-765 and other Forms

On 12/23/2017 USCIS published updated forms at . USCIS did not give prior notice to stakeholders regarding this change. USCIS is strongly encouraging immediate use of these forms, however, USCIS will accept prior versions of forms until February 21, 2017.
