Please read the following before completing the application. This application is not valid unless your deposit has been processed by Off Campus Housing and Support Services.
Out-of state Housing is available on a first-come, first-serve basis with a $400.00 deposit. Our leases are assigned in conjunction with the 6-month/26 week co-op rotation, (Summer Session II through Fall and Spring through Summer Session I).
If your application is accepted you will be billed at the beginning of each term and are obligated to pay the full charge of the term regardless of move-in and move-out date. If your employer delays the starting date, no adjustment in rate will be made.
You must cancel your application 45 days prior to your scheduled move-in. If you fail to cancel within this time frame you will be held responsible for the full rate listed below; including initial deposit. If you feel as though you have extenuating circumstances, please contact the Off Campus Housing and Support Services office.
Spaces are leased for the full co-op term of 26 weeks. Shorter stays must be approved by Off Campus Housing and Support Services prior to booking.
Early arrivals or extended stays must be approved by Off Campus Housing and Support Services Staff. Additional charge will be assessed per length of stay based on weekly rate.
