Assistant Dean, The N.U.in Program
Lauren is the lead administrator responsible for the development, execution, and quality assurance of all aspects of The N.U.in Program while working closely with international partners, site staff, and colleagues at Northeastern University.

Grant Dauber
Associate Director of The N.U.in Program Operations, Orientation and Student Support
Grant is responsible for the successful operational delivery of The N.U.in Program, including all programmatic, administrative, and international operational aspects. Grant also provides direct oversight of Pre-departure Orientation and initiatives that support students.

Benjamin Floman
Associate Director of The N.U.in Academic Administration
Benjamin is responsible for the oversight of The N.U.in Program academics, involving collaboration with international partners and Northeastern academic bodies, as well as systems development.

Kate Berge & Nicole Pepin
Senior Assistant Directors
Kate and Nicole are responsible for providing leadership and day-to-day oversight of assigned site locations. They work closely with our international partners, on-site staff, and Program alumni. Additionally, Kate serves as the manager of all site staff hiring and training and Nicole supervises the Program’s marketing and communications. 

Emily Fiagbedzi & Katelin Ryan
Assistant Directors
Emily and Katelin are responsible for providing leadership and day-to-day oversight of assigned site locations. They work closely with our international partners, on-site staff, and Program alumni.

Timothy Troy
Program Coordinator
Timothy is responsible for managing The N.U.in Program customer service.

Jaimie Carvalho, Carla Rodriguez, Ryan Shannon, Anna Takahama, & Aisling Wakefield 
Program Liaisons
The Program Liaison team works with the N.U.in Program and Northeastern University Student Affairs  to support the student experience throughout the N.U.in Program and the transition to campus.
