Fall 2019

If a participant requires services and accommodations during the fall semester abroad because of a disability, the student may share any supporting documentation to the N.U.in office. Students can upload their documentation by logging into their Application Status Check. Please note, some locations may require the student to submit documentation directly through their institution. Accommodations vary at each N.U.in location and will be at the discretion of the host institution.

Since eligibility for disability accommodations does not automatically transfer from high school to college, it is crucial to begin the registration process as soon as possible after enrolling.

Spring 2020

Please be aware that the Northeastern Disability Resource Center (DRC) also requires documentation for services and accommodations needed in the spring semester, separately from those accommodations a participant may receive during the fall semester abroad. To receive accommodations through the DRC in the spring 2021 semester and beyond, students must provide appropriate documentation that demonstrates a current substantially limiting disability. Students must submit documentation to the DRC even if they have previously supplied documents to The N.U.in Program office. Please contact the DRC for more information:
