The N.U.in Greece Program partners with The American College of Thessaloniki (ACT), which strives to be the premier, internationally-oriented, English-language college of tertiary education in the Balkan region serving to promote both innovative learning and humanitarian values. ACT is a division of Anatolia, a private, not-for-profit educational institution founded in 1886 in Asia Minor and relocated to Thessaloniki in 1924. ACT offers American-style undergraduate and graduate education, with teaching standards and campus infrastructure unmatched in the region.
N.U.in students who wish to participate in the N.U.in Greece Program are not required to have any previous Greek language knowledge. All courses are taught in English, with the exception of Greek language courses that may be offered.
College Compatibility in Greece

Most courses will have an E-book uploaded onto the student Moodle account. Instructions will be sent by email prior to arrival in Thessaloniki for accessing Moodle and using E-books. Hard copies are available in local bookstores in Thessaloniki or by ordering online. Textbooks ordered online may be shipped to the hotel address.

N.U.in students receive assistance through a variety of channels, including the on-site N.U.in staff and professors at the American College of Thessaloniki, who hold office hours throughout the semester.
The ACT Learning Hub is open to all ACT students looking for additional assistance with writing assignments and with the overall development of their language skills in both English and Greek.
