Participants will learn how to write effective diversity statements that articulate the ways in which their experiences, skills, and goals can contribute to toward the cultivation of inclusive learning environments. Diversity statements should be authentic (tell your story) and be aligned with your teaching philosophy statements. Participants will have the opportunity to develop, and provide & receive peer feedback on their draft statements. Lunch will be provided.
