All law students are eligible for GSG individual conference funding; any student receiving OSD funding is required to apply for GSG funding. Deadlines to apply for this funding source are set far in advance of travel; pleases double check application deadlines.
Recipients of OSD funding should incur the lowest reasonable travel expenses, following the Spending Guidelines.
Reimbursements must be submitted after expenses are incurred, following the Reimbursement Guidelines. Include the Reimbursement Form; please make sure to save all receipts, both itemized receipts and proof of payment, in order to ensure reimbursement.
All funded teams are required to meet with a representative of ASA before leaving for their competition.
