Northeastern Law's annual Labor and Employment Program took place on Thursday, December 5, 2019. The evening's first panel addressed the impact of the US Supreme Court Janus case, involving limits on mandatory union membership, and specifically how that case has impacted collective bargaining relations and union representation in Massachusetts and beyond. Panel 2 examined evolving workplace issues regarding discrimination and accommodation based on issues of gender identity.
