BeasleyAnn Beasley '00, Director, Navigant Consulting

Ann Beasley is a director with extensive experience as an in-house compliance officer in building, managing and optimizing corporate compliance programs in life sciences companies. Ann brings an understanding of the issues clients face in implementing all the elements of an effective compliance program across global biotech, pharmaceutical, and device companies' international operations. This includes a deep understanding of anti-bribery and anti-corruption (domestic and international), conflicts of interest, and regulatory matters as they manifest in daily operations and which require practical risk management controls.

ClarkShoshanna Clark, Senior Director, Compliance Officer, Sanofi

Shoshanna Clark is a senior director, compliance officer at Sanofi supporting the Rare Disease and Rare Blood Disorders franchises. Prior to her current role, she was the head of operations for North America Compliance where she was responsible for program and project management, as well as the Sanofi Corporate Integrity Agreement. Prior to working at Sanofi, Shoshanna worked at Biogen as the senior recruiting partner supporting legal and compliance globally.

She serves on the Board of Directors for the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative and City Year (Seven Generations).

Daryl Kreml is a Compliance leader whose career spans government, law firm, and in-house roles. Following his graduation from Harvard Law School, Daryl joined the Central Intelligence Agency. He then spent more than eight years in the Compliance and Enforcement Practice Group of a leading law firm, working from its offices in Washington, DC, and London. His in-house Compliance roles have included Head of International Compliance at Boston Scientific and Head of US Compliance at Biogen. He is currently the Chief Compliance Officer at Sage Therapeutics, helping to shape a global culture of Compliance right from the start.

Parker-BattleJessica Parker-Battle, Head of US Compliance, Biogen

Jessica Parker-Battle is the Head of US Compliance for Biogen. In her role, Ms. Parker-Battle is responsible for implementing and monitoring Biogen’s Corporate Compliance Program for the US Organization and for providing advice to the Commercial teams, Market Access and Reimbursement teams, Patient Services teams, and other business units within the organization. Before joining Biogen, Jessica was an attorney at Greenberg Traurig LLP where she focused her practice on health care law primarily around fraud and abuse matters, corporate compliance, government and internal investigations, products liability, and other complex civil litigation matters. Before Greenberg Traurig, she was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Texas in the Civil Medicaid Fraud Division where she investigated and prosecuted pharmaceutical companies and health care providers for claims related to alleged health care fraud and abuse.

Erica Powers is the Director of Compliance Operations at Sage Therapeutics. She is a compliance professional with 14 years of biopharmaceutical industry experience. Erica is a collaborative business partner who supports the achievement of desired goals while adhering to global compliance standards.
