PHRGE supports cutting edge scholarship and movement-building, with particular focus on economic, social, and cultural rights. Our tools are flexible and adaptable to various projects, and include convening expert meetings, scholarship, action research and training. Our current work is focused on four key areas: the rights of noncitizens; the right to education; land and water rights; and “Bringing Human Rights Home” by promoting the application of international human rights norms and instruments in domestic litigation.
