Join us for the IUTAM 2018 General Assembly Meeting, 22-25 July 2018 at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts
The registration fee for participants is 125 US Dollars (about 108 Euro). This includes lunch and coffee/tea breaks each day and attendance at the welcome reception and banquet. For accompanying persons, the registration fee is 100 US Dollars (about 86 Euro). This covers attendance to the reception and banquet events. Acceptable modes of payment: Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and JCB.
The deadline for registration is 29 June 2018 due to the restaurants requiring final numbers of participants long in advance. Only registered participants will be included on the attendee list, and tickets will be needed for meals and social events.
Cancellations must be made in writing and be received by the IUTAM 2018 organizers no later than 15 June 2018. Cancellations received by this date are fully refundable. Any request after this date will be subject to review. NO REFUNDS/NO CANCELLATIONS will be honored after 3 July 2018.

Accompanying Activities Registration
The Freedom Trail “Walk Into History” Tour is the most popular tour along the 2.5-mile-long Freedom Trail path through downtown Boston.
Led by 18th-century costumed guides, the 90-minute tour highlights the revolutionary history that took place at 11 of the historic sites of the Freedom Trail, including the Boston Common, Massachusetts State House, Park Street Church, Granary Burying Ground, King’s Chapel, Site of the first Public School, Old Corner Bookstore, Old South Meeting House, Old State House, site of the Boston Massacre, and Faneuil Hall.
Tickets are available for 14 US Dollars (12 Euro) with two tour times offered on Sunday 22 July 2018. Purchase tickets for either tour times here.

Tour option #2 will depart Egan Research Center by 13:45
Tour participants will meet outside of Egan Research Center (120 Forsyth Street, Boston, MA 02215) at the specified times above. An IUTAM staff member will be waiting for tour participants outside of Egan Research Center’s main doors (nearest the Ruggles Train station entrance) to escort the group to the Boston Commons to begin the tour. Please note: Participants should plan to wear comfortable shoes and dress casual for the tour.
