The Institute on Urban Health Research is the collaborative effort of many scholars across a wide range of disciplines including public health and health sciences, psychology, human services, and sociology. Many of these people are full-time faculty at Northeastern University; others are full-time researchers for the Institute, graduate students studying public health or other related topics, or affiliated team members from other organizations. The Institute collaborates with other institutions and consultants in Boston and around the country. These efforts create a multidisciplinary group of individuals committed to improving public health policies and health outcomes.
