On the evening of Friday, June 5, 2015, Information Technology Services will upgrade the Windows version of the myBackup client. All functionality will remain the same, however there will be a new icon for myBackup following the upgrade. Once the new client is made available, the local version of myBackup will update itself, following the next scheduled backup on your computer.
Customers who do not have the latest supporting software (at a minimum Microsoft .net framework version 4, however version 4.5 or later is preferred) on their computer may receive a pop-up message stating that the supporting software must be upgraded. If this occurs, please follow the prompts that appear. Please note that local admin access is required to complete the supporting software installation.
