The Appointment Calendar, a Salesforce.com application, allows advisors and other staff members to setup availability for student appointments, walk-ins, or other “appointment blocks.” Students can then access this availability and book individual “appointment entries” with the advisors via a link on the myNEU portal.
Computer configuration requirements for advisors who would like to use Appointment Calendar are found on the Salesforce website.
Any advisors who choose to use Salesforce.com directly must submit a Salesforce.com Account Access (New) request through the ServiceNow portal (sign-in may be required). This application process requires agreement from your department to pay an annual license fee. As of 2015-16, the fee is $454 per user/per year and is subject to change.
