myHelp is your gateway to Information Technology Services Customer Support. Based on Service-Now, myHelp, provides incident tracking, request fulfillment, change management, and reporting to help Northeastern manage its technology and support needs.

Use myHelp to:

  • Report a service outage/incident
  • Request or order services or products offered by ITS
  • Submit a Request for Change (RFC) to request a product or service not offered by ITS, or a change to a current product or service
  • Manage and track your open requests


You can use your myNEU username and password to log in to myHelp from Popular Links on the ITS home page or directly by going to myHelp.

If you are logged in to the myNEU portal, you can find the myHelp link under the student Self-Service tab or the faculty/staff Services and Links tab.
