All full-time students enrolled in a graduate program at Northeastern may apply to live in campus housing. Because space is limited, housing is not guaranteed
Because the academic calendar for first-year law students differs significantly from the graduate school calendar, the University tries to consolidate law students in apartment buildings located in close proximity to the law school. Each first-year law student signs a License Agreement covering three consecutive terms. Every upper-level law student signs a contract covering the academic year for the terms they are residing on campus. If the building reaches capacity, some law students may be housed in other NU housing.
If you have never rented an apartment in the U.S. before, you may find some of the process to be a bit different from your home country. Feel free to use the video below for a helpful demonstration of an apartment search in Boston.
