Locations: These leased buildings are located on Huntington Avenue, St. Stephen Street, Columbus Avenue, Tremont Street, Hemenway Street, Symphony Road, Westland Avenue, and The Fenway.  The area offers a unique, off campus feel, with a kitchen and bathroom in each unit. Similarly to off-campus apartments, the bedroom doors do not lock, but the door to each apartment does. Many apartments have fire-escapes.

Security: Locked buildings only accessible by key

Connections: Does not have Husky Cable or ResNet, but internet and cable can be set up through an outside provider. You will also be given a $100 credit for each semester $50 per summer term (Law students $75 a quarter) on your student account in the sixth week of the term to assist you with cost related to cable TV and internet. Resnet has recommendations on how to get started. 1110 Commonwealth Ave residents do not receive this credit as the building has husky internet and cable. 

Lounges: No common lounge

Mail delivery: ResMail is available for package delivery / USPS delivers to mailboxes in buildings

Laundry facilities: Yes.  In addition to any available on-premises facilities, all residents in Leased Properties will be provided access to a conveniently located residence hall to do laundry; a roster will be kept at the proctor's station. Contact your building staff for your building's assigned location.
