Location: An apartment style community located at 1110 Commonwealth Avenue that is a dedicated to a second year and upperclassmen community! The building is located conveniently across the street from the Packards Corner Green Line (B branch) station and has an indoor bicycle storage room, should you wish to bike to campus. Either way, students residing in this community will be given a T-pass to aid in your commute. NUPD Redeye Shuttle is also available from dusk to dawn.
Apartment Types: 2-person studio apartments, where the living/kitchen area and bedroom are are the same room.
Rates: The cost per semester for this space is $4,725 per student. For your convenience, we will assign you to a 10-meal per week plan. You can drop the meal plan completely or lower to a 5-meal per week or profiler plan through your myNortheastern account or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Security: 24/7 entrance security and card access floors.
Connections: Yes, NUwave and NU_ResDevice wireless connections in all apartments and common areas- no wired connections, live and on-demand streaming cable available for free through Xfinity On Campus. Mail: Mailboxes are available on-site. Students will be able to choose to pick up packages at the building or through Resmail on campus.
