For those without an accounting background, our MS in Accounting/MBA dual degree program will get you on the fast track to a career in accounting. In just 15 months you will earn two degrees while gaining the skills, expertise, and confidence to walk right in and start working at a top accounting firm.
With an MS in Accounting/MBA, students earn two degrees, gain meaningful business experience through a three-month paid corporate residency at a leading accounting firm, and graduate prepared to take the CPA exam. Our cohort model means classmates will start the program together, take the same classes, and graduate at the same time. As part of the program, students will complete a three-month paid residency from January through March at a regional, national, or Big Four accounting firm. Students also benefit from Northeastern's proven track record. 99% of our MSA/MBA graduates from the last three years have been offered full-time employment from the firms where they completed their corporate residency. And 100% of our MS in Accounting/MBA graduates over the last three years have been offered full-time jobs at regional, national, and Big Four accounting firms.
