Business Administration (Full-Time MBA)
The D'Amore-McKim Full-Time Master of Business Administration program fuses rigorous academics with meaningful business experience, creating a synergy that will define your time inside and outside of the classroom. In two years, you'll gain the vital knowledge, skills, and expertise you need to accelerate your career and prepare for the future of work.
Your 55-credit program begins with one semester of MBA foundation courses and career management classes. You’ll complete this rigorous coursework as part of an intimate full-time MBA cohort. Together, you and your classmates will establish deep personal and professional connections, ensuring the learning spills out of the classroom and your network grows strong.
In your second term, your concentration, and elective courses begin. Ultimately, the first year coursework prepares you for D’Amore-McKim’s signature experiential learning opportunity: a paid corporate residency that lasts for 3-months or 6-months, or you could even undertake two 6-month residencies. For the remainder of your second year, you’ll earn credits through interdisciplinary learning and choose your concentrations. Concentrations are in key business areas, and include MBA x concentrations in leading industries outside the business school. Your fresh perspective will empower you to be a more resilient and agile leader, better prepared for the rapidly-changing business world.
Students with particular academic backgrounds may be able to waive certain core classes. If you are interested in pursuing a waiver, the first step is to speak with your academic advisor.

Meaningful experiential learning is part of everything we do at D’Amore-McKim—from guest lectures featuring industry insiders to case study coursework in your classrooms. In fact, three of your 15 elective credits must be experiential in nature. You’ll find that our experiential learning opportunities—where you truly put what you are learning into practice and can often earn credit while doing it—truly set us apart.
Corporate Residency
Our corporate residency program is widely recognized for producing tomorrow’s leaders in their chosen fields. Even as a student, you’ll be working as a paid employee at a leading business where you’ll be given significant responsibilities. The typical duration of a corporate residency is six months. This duration will enable you to make a meaningful contribution to the company and build lasting connections. For experienced students who are not changing careers, there is an opportunity to accelerate your program by shortening your residency to three months. Conversely, you may want to undertake two six-month corporate residencies to maximize your opportunity to build your skill set and resumé.
The 360 Huntington Fund
D'Amore-McKim School of Business' student-managed mutual fund represents experiential learning in its purest form. This group currently manages nearly $1 million dollars of the university's total endowment.
IDEA Student-Led Venture Accelerator
Starting your own business venture? Work with mentors and access financial, marketing, and communications support. IDEA can help you bring your idea to life. Or, share your expertise by serving as a mentor and earn one credit.
Global Consulting Projects
Through this transformative, global experience, you will work in a team to tackle a real business issue or opportunity for a multinational company in their global office while earning three credits.
Washington, D.C., Residency
This one-week, three-credit intensive course in Washington, D.C., showcases the intersection of government with business. Learn first-hand how public policy affects various aspects of individual companies, specific industries, as well as the U.S. and global economies.
