Three Northeastern doctoral candidates—Allison Matzelle, Jennifer Morales, and Tanya Rogers—were recipients of the 2014 National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship.
The fellowship, focused on fostering research in NSF-supported science, technology, engineering, and mathematics disciplines, provides a three-year annual research stipend of $32,000 along with a $12,000 cost of education allowance for tuition and fees. Recipients also receive international research and professional development opportunities.
