About

Todd is a successful consultant, speaker, and author in the areas of project management tactics and strategy, communications and soft skills, and staff recruiting and development. He has over 35 years of front-line project management, leadership, and technology experience in the financial services industry.

During the last 35+ years, Todd has worked with such organizations as State Street Corporation, Morgan Stanley, Franklin Templeton Investments, Bank of New York/Mellon, Barclay’s Wealth Management, and Liberty Mutual Insurance where he has managed the design, development, and implementation of several multi-million dollar technology platforms, as well as assisted clients in dramatically improving their internal project management practices.

Todd holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Management from Lesley College, an MBA from Boston University, and a Master's Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University. In addition, he has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2003 and has published a book on the management of projects in the financial services industry entitled No Project Management By Powerpoint (Mascar 2013).
