Teresa M. Goode is a member of the faculty and Associate Teaching Professor in the Master of Science in Leadership program. Dr. Goode’s research interests include leadership development, consulting, process improvement, culture change, organization development, and executive coaching. She is a certified e-learning instructor experienced in delivering in-person, blended, and online classes. Dr. Goode brings a global perspective to her work as a result of international work in Mexico and Australia and extensive travel throughout Australia, India, and Europe. She was selected to facilitate graduate leadership courses in the Global Leadership program at Swinburne University in Australia. Dr. Goode is a member of the American Society for Training and Development, and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. She is the founder of Goode Leadership Development, a consulting firm that specializes in designing and implementing leadership development programs.
Previously, Dr. Goode worked in the telecommunications industry in a number of leadership positions, including as a workforce performance manager for Verizon Inc., an international process consultant for Bell Atlantic, and a management trainer for NYNEX.
