About

Dr. Teresa M Goode is Faculty Director for the Leadership Portfolio and  Lead Faculty for the Masters of Science in Leadership program at Northeastern University.   She is also a Visiting Professor at Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia and at the International University, Vietnam National, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Informed by over 20 years leadership experience in the telecommunications industry, her areas of expertise include leadership development, consulting, process improvement, culture change, organization development, and executive coaching. Dr. Goode brings a global perspective to her work as a result of international work in Mexico, Australia & Vietnam and extensive travel throughout Australia, India, and Europe.   Dr. Goode’s academic credentials include an EdD in Adult Learning and Leadership from Columbia University, a MBA from Suffolk University and a MA in Adult Learning from Columbia University. She is also qualified to administer a number of leadership instruments including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the Leadership Practices Inventory, Conflict Resolution, and Multi-rater Feedback. .

 

Prior to joining Northeastern University’s College of Professional Studies, Dr. Goode worked in the telecommunications industry in a number of leadership positions, including as a workforce performance manager for Verizon Inc., an international process consultant for Bell Atlantic, and a management trainer for NYNEX. She is a member of the American Society for Training and Development, and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. Dr. Goode is the founder of Goode Leadership Development, a consulting firm that specializes in designing and implementing leadership development programs.
