About

Lynda Beltz is a faculty member in the Graduate Education programs, including the Doctor of Education program. Dr. Beltz’s research interests include ethical decision making,  current issues in community colleges, and how effective communication contributes to innovative online teaching practices and outcomes.

Previously, Dr. Beltz taught courses in the Communications Management graduate program at Simmons University, which she founded and directed, and at the College of Communications at Boston University. While at Simmons, she also worked as a consultant to a not-for-profit educational services organization that provides assessments for independent and selected public schools from PreK through grade 12, and designed a sequence of courses for people working in the animal-care field.
