On Tuesday, March 13th our Distinguished speaker will be Al Kammerer, Principal Owner of Al Kammerer Consulting LLC.

Al Kammerer is a growth-focused Senior Executive and Consultant with more than 43 years of success spanning manufacturing, management consulting, mechanical/industrial engineering, and the automotive industry. Leveraging extensive experience in strategic leadership, Al is a valuable asset for startup to mid-cap companies requiring expert assistance with product development and organizational transitions. His broad areas of expertise include product development, program management, strategy, and organizational leadership.

Throughout his executive career, Al has held leadership positions with Al Kammerer Consulting LLC, Fallbrook Technologies, Inc., ASG Renaissance, P-Cubed, Ford Motor Company, and Jaguar Land Rover. As the Principal Owner of Al Kammerer Consulting, Al provides professional consulting and coaching services in product, strategy, and business development and quality management. In his former role as President of Fallbrook Technologies, Al provided successful supervision and management of sales operations and product and business development. He held various assignments for Ford Motor Company as Product Development Executive Director, including positions as Focus Vehicle Line Director for Mark I Focus and Lincoln PD Executive Director in the Premiere Automotive Group.

Al holds an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. As an experienced board member, Al serves as Board Director for Fallbrook Technologies and Vice Chair of the Board for Transportation Research Center. He also serves and coaches on the industry advisory board of the Gordon Institute of Engineering Leadership.
