CEM/SEI Scholarship for Research on Impact Investing and Social Enterprises in India 2017
This year DMSB’s Center for Emerging Markets (CEM) and Social Enterprise Institute (SEI) have joined together to offer a one-time research scholarship for two (2) students who have enrolled in the 2017 Social Enterprise in India Dialogue. These scholarships will reduce each student program fee by $500. Working under the supervision of Professor Sara Minard, the scholarship recipients will 1) conduct initial desk research before traveling to India on impact investing and CSR donations for social enterprises in India, 2) assist the Professor with primary data collection in Mumbai, and 3) assist with data analysis and report editing upon return from the program. The exact timing and details of the research project will be discussed once the students are accepted in order to align current coursework and other obligations with the research. Please read the student award contract on page 2 for further details.
