Fall 2020 COVID-19 update
This fall will no doubt be like no other. Most events that we have historically held every fall on campus will be pushed to virtual formats or postponed.
We will always be obligated to follow city, state and federal regulations at events, as well any other campus policies. The state of Massachusettts is currently in Phase 3, Stage 1 of it’s reopening, and current regulations we need to follow are:
-Maximum of 25 people at an event (including staff)
-All people and seats need to respect the 6ft healthy distancing rules
-Masks must be worn at all times at an event
-No singing, brass or wind instruments at indoor events
-No food will be allowed at events
These regulations are subject to change at any time.

Event Management can assist with your virtual events! We can help with:
-Assist with or lead events on Teams or Zoom,
-Stream events at our venues to a larger audience
-Help produce podcasts
-Stream events in other locations
If you have any interest in these services, please read this packet and email eventoperations@neu.edu with any questions.
