SSEHRI Publishes New Article on State PFAS Messaging

SSEHRI researchers in the PFAS Project Lab recently published an article in Environmental Communication, titled, “State Messaging on Toxic Chemical Exposure: Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl Substances and the Individualization of Risk on State Websites in the United States.” The authors, Helena Zindel, Martha Powers, Phil Brown and Alissa Cordner, conducted content analysis of US states’ websites about PFAS risks, health outcomes, individual behavior and regulation.
